Old skool cartoons rock!
This is Little Lulu (one of my favourite cartoon characters when I was a little kid, I like that show though...) which I made a sketch of the elder version of her and coloured her in Photoshop.
I was thinking... is anybody still remember her? And the show? We all like her the same, don't we?
